QuickBooks App End-User License Agreement

Effective August 17, 2026

This agreement governs the private CSH Bookkeeping Assistant operated for Car Shipping Hawaii Inc.

Authorized use

The application may be used only by the business owner and people expressly authorized to assist with the company’s bookkeeping or tax preparation. It is not a public accounting product and may not be resold or used to access another company without authorization.

Read-only operating boundary

The current application is designed to retrieve company information, accounting entities, and reports. It does not create, edit, delete, categorize, reconcile, pay, transfer, or submit QuickBooks transactions. Any future write capability requires a separate documented release and explicit owner approval.

Owner responsibility

The owner remains responsible for reviewing classifications, statement balances, reconciliation differences, tax positions, and all final records in QuickBooks. Software assistance is not legal, tax, or accounting advice.

Availability and accuracy

The application depends on Intuit and the hosting provider. It is provided for internal use without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Source records and final reconciliation reports in QuickBooks remain controlling.

Termination

The owner may stop using the application and revoke its QuickBooks authorization at any time through the disconnect page or Intuit account controls.
